BASIC KNIFE USE AND MAINTENANCE:

When performing regular care for the LIFELINE™ Tool, it is extremely important that the LIFELINE ™ Tool is sheathed and unsheathed with the spine pressed against the interior opening of the sheath.  Do not allow the serrations of the LIFELINE™ Tool to touch the opening of the sheath.  The serrations on the LIFELINE ™ Tool are sharp enough to cause damage to the heat resistant thermoplastic sheath.  Insure safe operation by regularly inspecting the sheath interior for lint, obstructions, etc.  Clean the LIFELINE ™ Tool with hot water and detergent.  Rinse with fresh water and lubricate steel components with oil/silicone.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  The LIFELINE™ Tool is meant to be used in emergency situations only for rescue purposes.  It has not been designed to withstand wear and tear over time by common everyday use.

LIFELINE™ Tactical Rescue Tool is proud to certify that the LIFELINE™ product (components and end product) is 100% manufactured in the United States of America and the product complies with the Buy America requirements of the United States Code and of all regulations.  As a result of the LIFELINE product being 100% made in America, LIFELINE Tactical Rescue Tool is also proud to announce that it is compliant with 10 U.S.C. § 2533(a), which requires that items be 100% produced domestically and is commonly referred to as “the Berry Amendment.”
