I’ve been a firefighter for over 25 years. I’ve always felt the need to have a personal sized rescue tool to save myself and others in tough situations. Over the years I’ve carried numerous tools in my pockets to do the job. When I bought my LifelIne Gen I tool it did all I needed plus more….and it hung on my coat at the ready for over 5 years. The tool is easy to deploy 1 handed, cuts thru seatbelts, wires, sheetrock, and just about any other material I needed it for. When I lost it at a fire scene, I was all set to order a new one when I noticed their worry-free loss and replacement policy. I didn’t get the hassle from customer service I thought my request would bring, instead, I received a call back from the creator of the rescue tool, asking how I had used it and how well it worked for me over the years. Within a week I had a new tool hanging from my gear….this tool was created by firefighters, for firefighters, and they certainly know how to support members of the fire service…thank you for all you do!
